Elisabeth Swan

Ms. Swan's consulting expertise is focused in the areas of Visionary Planning, Six Sigma, Process Improvement, Facilitation Skills, Team Building, Management Coaching, and Creative Thinking.

Elisabeth has designed and delivered large-scale visionary planning efforts for a number of organizations that begin with the executive staff and cascade throughout the rest of the organization. In support of these efforts, she has developed innovation programs using creative thinking techniques for problem solving. As a follow-up to these change efforts, she has designed and run interactive, division-wide climate surveys, synthesizing the results to help the organization focus on individual and team improvement.

Elisabeth works with organizations to develop commitment to a shared organizational vision. She uses her expertise in adult and experiential learning to build collaborative strategic plans and provide coaching to leaders, managers, and groups to ensure successful implementation. Elisabeth is a top-notch designer of both process simulations and training programs/materials. Her training designs have been utilized in a number of Fortune 500 businesses.

Her previous work experience includes a position as a Senior Associate for a major management consulting firm. Prior to that, she was a consultant for a management consulting firm specializing in organization-wide visionary planning and innovation. Elisabeth is also a founding member of Boston Comedy Theater, an improvisational performance and training group that creates interactive learning programs for corporations and schools.
Elisabeth earned her Bachelor's degree in English with a concentration in Computer Science from Barnard College/ Columbia University in New York City. She also holds a Certificate of Graphic Design from the Massachusetts College of Art.
