Professional Experience
LaRita Jarvis is a behavioral consultant specializing in the development and advancement of organizational systems. Her progressive leadership style blends strong analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively communicate and coach individuals at all levels of an organization. Ms. Jarvis has been sought out by multiple clients seeking her unique approach in order to address the challenges of integrating novel technology with human development.
Her specialties include strategic planning, deployment of quantitative measurement systems to guide continuous process improvement and increase overall effectiveness, validation of personnel systems, and group facilitation.
Ms. Jarvis has designed 360-degree performance feedback and mentoring systems; implemented culture, utilization and effectiveness assessments; developed training seminars in addition to delivering behavioral theory and technology instruction at all organizational levels including certification of professional training teams. She also has a great deal of experience developing and implementing Balanced Scorecards.
LaRita has provided executive guidance and developed processes to leverage cutting-edge call center technology earning her client the Customer Relationship Management Excellence Award from Gartner, Inc.
Ms. Jarvis is currently in the process of building an organization to deliver education and opportunities for young people to practice sustainability with the vision of creating an outdoor experiential youth program.
