Lean / Six Sigma

We utilize a live process simulation to teach Lean/Six Sigma tools and techniques. Additionally, we encourage clients to bring real projects into training sessions so that application of tools and techniques can also move valuable work ahead during the training sessions. This design results in not only the transfer of skills through training, but project launch through application.

Participants gain hands-on experience using principles of DMAIC and DFSS while learning the basic statistical tools associated with process analysis, measurement, and improvement.
