Clare DiFrisco

Clare DiFrisco is a seasoned business professional with hands on experience across many industries. Clare has been dedicated to providing Six Sigma training and consulting for the past eight years and has worked with national and international customers such as Ocwen Financial, Sears Commercial Sales, Army Air Force Exchange Services, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, CIGNA, Trustmark Insurance, United Healthcare, and many more.

Clare has also worked with start-up companies, rapid-growth organizations and corporate integrations. Clare played a significant role in the growth of a start-up company from $18m to $37m and played a pivotal role in the technical and operational integration of a 3-company merger.

Ms. DiFrisco has taught Six Sigma to entry-level personnel as well as executive staff and provides hands on consultation and guidance to ensure successful implementations. Her own business, process improvement and design experience of over 20 years allows Clare to translate Six Sigma theory into real life situations and scenarios. Clare also provides training and consultation on Facilitation Skills, Effective Team Building, Transition Management, and Meeting Effectiveness.

Formerly a Vice President of Information Technology for a $112m high-tech healthcare and workers compensation cost containment company, Clare led the design of an entire new technical infrastructure to support growth and industry demands. As a member of the corporate Steering Committee, she led teams of process owners in improvement and re-design projects in seven different services to correspond with the implementation of the new technical design. The new system included an integration of Balanced Scorecard, Executive Dashboard and robust reporting functionality. Also responsible for budget planning, this major undertaking was completed at 95% of planned expenditures.

Prior to the position of VP, Clare was Director of Business and Systems Analysis (for a $65m privately held company). She designed and led the implementation of the Software Development Life Cycle. In addition, Ms. DiFrisco created, hired and trained the Business Analysis department. She and her department were the key liaisons between operations, sales and technical teams, responsible for product development, complex problem solving and solutions to unique customer requirements.
